Website Data

We do not collect any data about you or use any cookies when you visit the fanfuga.com website.

FanFuga complies with the European GDPR legislation, so consent is required from you before we can use any of your personal data.

When you start the FanFuga app you will be asked to confirm you are 16 or over, and if so you’ll be asked to give consent for using your information.

If you are under 16 you can still use the app, but we will not upload any of your personal data.

App Usage Data

If you consent to the App Usage uploads, we will upload data about how you use the FanFuga app.

We will upload the following data: any events you trigger (for example a celebration action), the teams you support, what screens in the app are being used, and what other devices your app connected to.

With this data we produce statistics about how each team’s fans react, usage statistics for the app, what kinds of devices the app is being run on, and analysis of any error conditions that might have occurred.

When uploading this data we use our own unique identifier for this device: we do not upload your name or contact details.

The data will be encrypted and stored securely in the UK, US and EU and will be deleted after 3 years.

Location Data

If you consent, we will upload your GPS location, when you are using the app, approximately once an hour.

With this data, combined with the App Usage data, we can produce accurate statistics about where fans are using the FanFuga app. This allows us to detect, for example, when the app is being used in a stadium.

Crash Report Data

If you consent, when we detect a bug we would like to upload crash reports to help us fix those issues and improve the FanFuga app.

We will upload the following data: whenever there is a problem with the app we upload a crash report giving us details of where the problem occurred, and this will include log files from the app.

We use this data to help find and fix bugs in FanFuga.

Problem Report Data

When you report a problem from the app you will need to consent to the information we are sending.

We will upload the following data: your description of the problem, your email address, and the log files from the app.

We will use this data to resolve the problem you have reported.
